When a code is required#
If automatic Guard is unavailable, the panel opens a login verification request. Select the account, obtain a fresh code from the indicated source and enter it. Mobile app and email codes are not interchangeable.
Identify the cause#

| Incorrect password | Check saved login credentials. |
| Incorrect code | Obtain a new code for the selected account. |
| 407 | Check proxy authentication. |
| Timeout | Check the route and retry after it recovers. |
| Steam rate limit | Wait for the cooldown before retrying. |
Restore the session#
Replace expired cookies with a valid session through the matching import form. Retry login on the affected account; incorrect credentials or an unavailable proxy require fixing the cause.
