Multichat update: sorting, templates, friend requests and events

Added sorting by recent activity: new friends and contacts with incoming messages move up; NEW badge now uses Steam add date.
Updated text and image template editor with preview; auto-insertion is off by default and only enabled on your choice.
Fixed mass friend request sending: 30000+ no longer capped at 6000; improved handling of large steamid pools and recovery after account disconnections.
Added deletion of our comments from friend profiles (individually and in bulk), attaching comments to requests, and a template library where | separates random variants.
Overview now shows real-time history of incoming requests, friend adds/removals and new profile comments; expanded account export formats and bulk proxy replacement.

Added bulk message sending via a new method: immediate or scheduled, with templates and recipient filters.
Chats can be selected and moved to another folder in groups, including a separate option for conversations where you sent the last message.
Fixed line break and empty paragraph preservation in translations; improved translation of long messages, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Ban statistics now include moving unbanned accounts to other available proxies and removing suspicious proxies; profile analysis improved.
Hour boosting now shows detailed progress, per-account results, and retry of failed launches; resumes after reconnection.
